EAP: I am contracted with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Please provide the EAP group name, company name, authorization number, and any required forms for reimbursement.
I accept a variety of insurance plans.
I also offer options for out-of-network insurance coverage and self-pay.
What to Expect:
After scheduling your first appointment, the initial sessions will focus on thoroughly assessing the issue that brought you here and answering any questions you may have. I want to get to know you and build a foundation of trust so I can best support you.
Future sessions will be guided by your goals, which we’ll discuss together, allowing us to work collaboratively toward what brought you to therapy.
**If you plan to use health insurance for your sessions, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first appointment.
